What is an Ebook?
The word Ebook is short for Electronic Book, and it simply means a book which is in digital format
ie one that can be read straight from your computer, just like you are reading this webpage.
What computer do I need to view your ebooks?
Almost any computer made in the last 20 years will be able to view our ebooks. Ebooks are easily viewed on computers
running Microsoft Windows, MacOS (Apple Macs), Linux or Unix. In fact, almost any computer which is capable of opening text files,
PDF files or Word files.
What software do I need to view your ebooks?
All of our Ebooks can be viewed using the 'Adobe Viewer' software, which can be downloaded for free here.
Can I view your Ebooks using a handheld computer or Palm PC?
It depends on what model you are using. Most modern palm PCs are capable of viewing our ebooks.
If you can download and install Adobe Viewer for palm PCs (click here) then you will be able to view our ebooks.
We will always do our best to help with any technical problems you may have, and if you still have problems we will be glad to offer you a full refund on your purchases.
What if I want to have a hard copy of my ebook?
You can easily print off a hard copy of all of our ebooks. Once you have the ebook open simply choose File
then Print from the menu.

What is an Audiobook?
An Audiobook is simply a recording of a book being read out loud. Once downloaded, you can listen to it on your PC, on
your ipod or MP3 player, or burn it onto CD to listen wherever you wish.
What format are your Audiobooks in? Do I need any special software to play them?
All our Audiobooks are in mp3 or mp4 format. These can be played with Windows Media Player (installed on most Windows PCs),
WinAmp and various other programs. They are also compatable with all
iPods and most MP3 players currently on the market. Please contact us if you have any technical difficulties and we will
